"Incorrect Size in the Wrong Package"
I ordered a pair of Veja campos, but they didn’t bother to look inside the box to confirm the size. I ended up with the wrong size in the wrong package. Now I gotta send it back. It’d be nice if they could double-check that the right size is in the right box before shipping.

"Sofa Order Delayed for Over a Month..."
I placed an order for a sofa over a month back with a week delivery promise, but it’s still MIA. Both my team and the B&Q folks have been trying to get through on the phone, but no luck. This is really disappointing service. If this isn’t resolved in a few days, I’ll be asking for my money back.

"Next Day Delivery? Not Quite..."
The site claims next day delivery for orders placed before 23.59, but mine showed up two days late. I was informed it was because I opted for GLS courier. If I had picked a different courier, it would’ve arrived faster. How’s a customer supposed to figure that out? Not happy at all.
